As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care.

Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the well-being of each child, and fostering their social and cognitive development.

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a daycare or classroom setting
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Utilize classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and discipline when necessary
• Provide support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services
• Follow all child welfare guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of each child Skills:
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge of special education practices and techniques for supporting children with diverse needs
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with ageappropriate developmental milestones
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment
