**What You'll Do

  • Provides daytoday direction and guidance to Reconditioning team members and allied vendors / service providers.
  • Supervises and directs the work of assigned Technicians by determining work procedures, expediting workflow, assigning duties and examining work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Purchases equipment, materials and supplies.
  • Supervises the completion of work order forms to ensure accurate vehicle records.
  • Approves and forwards bills and invoices to Accounting.
  • Reviews work volumes, planning and monitoring staff levels to ensure efficiency, quality and effective customer service.
  • Ensures shop and work areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Enforces company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct.

Who You Are
You're passionate about leadership and are comfortable delegating responsibility and planning projects. But most of all, you've got a love of cars, from the Alpha-Romeo to the Zenos.

Here are some of the qualifications that brought you here:

**Minimum: - HS Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience); or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Previous peopleleader experience
  • Previous vehicle reconditioning (body or mechanical) experience
**Preferred: - Excellent people, teamwork, and customer service skills.

  • Strong communication and interaction skills.
  • A working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations is preferred.
