What you'll be working on
- Maintain all work orders, purchase orders, other paperwork and electronic files orderly and accurately
- Assist with tracking and scheduling vehicle required inspections, registration renewal, repairs
- Assist with tracking and scheduling required DOT physical examinations for distribution team members requiring said examinations
- Assist Dispatchers occasionally with routing of Partners. Dispatching all work orders for same day service, leaks, and emergency calls.
- Monthly entry of locate tickets and maintaining yearly count
- Entry of Operations related purchase orders and invoices for Doc-Link.
- Create work orders as needed; service installations, meter orders and service orders
- Work closely with and assist Operations team to ensure timely completion of both standard and nontypical/oneoff job duties
- Respond readily to customers' requests and issue all work orders timely with details of work to be done and the requested time frame
- Schedule meter changes with customers to ensure compliance
- Sorting and distributing all incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist with checking, scanning and filing infrastructure documentation (i.e. service cards, valve cards, asbuilts) in all locations within Delmarva Natural Gas territory
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Operations Managers

Internal: This position works will all levels of the local division and within the Company. The incumbent acts under the guidance of the Operations Administrative Supervisor.
Who you are...
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have one to three years of clerical and office experience
- You have a valid Florida Driver's License
- You possess excellent internal and external communication skills
- You have excellent clerical, writing and math skills
- You have knowledge of basic inventory maintenance procedures
- You have a working knowledge of spreadsheets, MS Office products
