ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
(Primary Duties and Responsibilities)
- Daily vendor correspondence
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- AP training lead for new hires
- Creates an energized work environment, fostering an atmosphere that enables employee trust and engagement. Inspires confidence and motivates others to perform at their best.
- Performs other special assignments as required.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum of two years experience in accounts payable or other accounting related functions.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- A basic understanding of SAP reporting system,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets and Powerpoint Presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally) with internal customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Extraordinary attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multitasking environment
