Accountabilities:

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our Respiratory & Immunology Leadership Team.

Your responsibilities will include calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, and establishing processes to support consistency and excellence in our work.

You will also develop expertise in AstraZeneca's internal systems and coordinate budgets, purchase orders, and other projects across the team.


Essential Skills/Experience:


  • 3 or more years of administrative experience
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Senior Leaders
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a global environment
  • Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously, yet collaborate effectively with other AC(s)
  • Capability to proactively prioritize and manage calendars
  • Experienced domestic and global travel coordinator
  • Ability to understand and track budgets
  • Strong timemanagement skills and ability to prioritize time critical assignments
  • Flexibility and the ability to effectively multitask
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Skills/Experience:

While not required, previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
