    Description
    QuickBooks Bank Feed Consultant

    We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks consultant to assist our clients with implementing and optimizing the bank feed integration feature within QuickBooks Desktop
    This is a contract position with potential for long-term engagement.


    Responsibilities:

    • Work directly with clients to connect and map their bank/credit card accounts to the QuickBooks bank feed service
    • Troubleshoot any connection issues between financial institutions and QuickBooks Desktop
    • Ensure accurate cash coding and categorization of bank transactions
    • Provide training to clients on bank feed functionality, rules, and best practices
    • Develop processes to streamline bank reconciliation and account monitoring
    • Advise clients on utilizing bank feed data for cash flow projections and analysis
    • Identify potential areas for automation and efficiency gains
    • Document procedures and create training materials for future reference

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience with QuickBooks Desktop and bank feed integration
    • Solid understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles and workflows
    • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly
    • Strong problemsolving abilities to troubleshoot integration issues
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • QuickBooks Certification or relevant credentials preferred
