WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT - BCBA

  • Master's degree
  • Possess current BCBA certifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT - BCBA
This full-time Behavioral Health Consultant role is considered a
hybrid position.


As a Behavioral Health Consultant - BCBA, you're at the helm of program coordination under our regional clinic director's guidance.

Your day starts with assessments and treatment plan development, ensuring precise interventions for our clients.

Building strong bonds with families, you steer future learning and independence, all while mentoring staff and RBTs to achieve top-notch clinical outcomes.

Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members is key for seamless care continuity. Your analytical edge is evident as you gather and graph behavioral data, driving assessments and interventions. Upholding agency policies and procedures, you embody our dedication to excellence and compassion in every interaction.
