Description

Seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual interested in growing who understands the benefits of cannabis and is willing to proactively learn the various responsibilities within a large scale cannabis cultivation facility.

Assist Leads and Cultivation managers with all aspects of cultivation and post harvest related tasks.

This includes but is not limited to:

• General day to day maintenance and cleaning of grow facility, including but not limited to: vacuuming tables and floors, mopping, sanitizing fans, scrubbing grow benches, etc...
• Thorough cleaning of grow rooms following harvests
• Irrigation of vegetative plants at various stages
• Propagation and clone care
• Learn and help manage transition schedule with assistance from cultivation managers
• Regular plant maintenance: defoliating, pruning, trellising, pest and disease scouting
• Administration of various IPM methods such as preventative sprays, distribution of BCA's, maintaining a clean work space etc...
• Mixing and cleaning reservoirs/fertigation tanks
• Assist with the transition of plants as they move through various stages
• Assisting with Harvest/Post Production processes as needed, including but not limited to trimming, packaging, and harvest processing

Job Requirements

• Maintain good attention to detail
• Ability to sit stand, kneel, crouch for prolonged periods of time as well as lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Maintain compliance of all OCR regulations
• Maintain a high degree of hygiene
• Must be able to work on ladders for extended periods of time
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass a background check
• Some commercial cannabis experience or horticultural degree preferred
