Apex Real Estate Network is a Tucson-based property management company. We're looking for energetic, smart, self-starting, driven people to help us as we continue to grow.
We are recruiting a Landscaper/Handyman Property Maintenance Technician with 2+ years applicable experience to provide landscaping, handyman/maintenance, repairs, and improvements of the properties we manage.
The Landscaper/Maintenance Technician will perform grounds maintenance, including but not limited to grounds general clean up, weeding, trimming, planting, irrigation maintenance, and routine property maintenance, such as general plumbing, basic electrical repairs, dry wall, and painting.
Responsibilities:
Provide general care of the property grounds, including cleaning of landscape/hardscaped areas and maintaining plants, trees, cleaning and removing plant debris, installing landscapes, trimming plant material; cleaning exterior fixtures, and performing irrigation repairs and maintenance.
Complete property maianinence work orders as assigned in a timely manner. Install and repair hardware, including lighting, window blinds, and appliances.
Use a variety of basic hand tools including, but not limited to caulking gun, trowel, paint brush, hammer, saw, drill, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
Perform property turn overs and complete punch lists.Experience:
At least two years landsacping and handyman/property maintenance or residential remodeling experience required
Additional Requirements:
Valid Arizona State Driver's License in good standing
Acceptable driving record (recent driving record submitted prior to interview at applicants expense)
Personal basic hand tools (company provides majority of landscaping tools and equipment).
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work outside in direct sun and temperatures in excess of 100 degrees
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, crawl, stand, climb a ladder, use stairs, and use their hands. The individual must be able to lift 50-75 lbs. with proper lifting techniques. Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
Must be willing and able to use personal cell phone and required Apps

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
