    National Subrogation Services (NSS) is seeking

    Recovery Analysts

    to join our team.

    We are specifically looking for analysts with experience in property claims.

    Please note that this is a US-based remote work opportunity. These roles will report to the Recovery Supervisor.

    The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, who is able to perform extensive multi-tasking under numerous time constraints with exceptional attention to detail, take initiative, think strategically and independently and interact with all levels of the company.

    The position requires organizational and computer skills.
    Responsibilities

    :

    Review of complex subrogation claims to determine if a claim appears viable or should be closed
    Monitor and negotiate claims where third-party liability reimbursement exists
    Meet goals and expectations as communicated
    Phone and e-mail communications with claims adjusters and other entities
    Assist with training of new associates
    Assist supervisor with special projects
    Qualifications

    :

    3 years of experience in the insurance industry
    Associate/Bachelor Degree required or equivalent years of industry experience
    Knowledge of insurance and subrogation law desired
    Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, thoroughness, detail-oriented and accuracy are a must
    Must be proactive, work well as part of a team, operate well under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
    Must possess strong decision-making skills
    Proficiency in IVOS, MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required
    Customer service oriented and professional demeanor required

    The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

    Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
