Description

National Subrogation Services (NSS) is seeking Recovery Analysts to join our team.
We are specifically looking for analysts with experience in property claims. Please note that this is a US-based remote work opportunity. These roles will report to the Recovery Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Review of complex subrogation claims to determine if a claim appears viable or should be closed
Monitor and negotiate claims where thirdparty liability reimbursement exists
Meet goals and expectations as communicated
Assist with training of new associates
Assist supervisor with special projects

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in the insurance industry
Associate/Bachelor Degree required or equivalent years of industry experience
Knowledge of insurance and subrogation law desired
Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, thoroughness, detailoriented and accuracy are a must
Must be proactive, work well as part of a team, operate well under pressure and work well in a fastpaced environment
Must possess strong decisionmaking skills
Proficiency in IVOS, MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required
Customer service oriented and professional demeanor required
