Description
National Subrogation Services (NSS) is seeking Recovery Analysts to join our team.
We are specifically looking for analysts with experience in property claims. Please note that this is a US-based remote work opportunity. These roles will report to the Recovery Supervisor.


Responsibilities:


  • Review of complex subrogation claims to determine if a claim appears viable or should be closed
  • Monitor and negotiate claims where thirdparty liability reimbursement exists
  • Meet goals and expectations as communicated
  • Assist with training of new associates
  • Assist supervisor with special projects

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Associate/Bachelor Degree required or equivalent years of industry experience
  • Knowledge of insurance and subrogation law desired
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, initiative, thoroughness, detailoriented and accuracy are a must
  • Must be proactive, work well as part of a team, operate well under pressure and work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Must possess strong decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in IVOS, MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Customer service oriented and professional demeanor required
