- Extensive management and/or support service experience, preferably in an in-to-plane fueling or ground
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills balanced with a high level of confidence to influence and
- Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
- Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass pre-employment physical test and a drug screen.
- Must have a current valid US driver's license.
