Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor to join our team.

The BCBA Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of behavior intervention programs, providing supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention programs based on thorough assessments and analysis of behavior patterns.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavior, skills, and environmental factors.
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and other staff.
  • Collect and analyze data on target behaviors to measure progress and make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, speech therapists, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to intervention.
  • Monitor progress and adjust intervention programs as needed based on ongoing assessment data and feedback.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Manage billing processes, including verifying insurance coverage, submitting claims, and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of services rendered and compliance with billing regulations and requirements.
  • Work closely with billing and administrative staff to address any billingrelated issues and optimize reimbursement.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis.
  • Experience developing and overseeing behavior intervention programs.
  • Experience with billing processes and insurance reimbursement.
  • Knowledge of billing regulations and requirements related to ABA services.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with behavioral challenges and their families.
