HR Generalist Responsibilities:


  • Manage internal and external HRrelated matters
  • Work crossfunctionally with global HR team (duties will vary)
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with fullcycle recruitment as needed
  • POC for HR vendor management
  • Adhoc projects as needed

HR Generalist Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR
  • Oil & Gas and international experience (Expatriate, contractors)
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Effective time management as there will be tight deadlines/turnaround times

Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
