Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is looking for a
Program Scheduler to join a dynamic team supporting the Army OSINT Office.


As a member of the team, you are an integral part of a global force supporting our Warfighters at a time of strategic competition.

On this program, you will translate customer needs into detailed requirements and develop integrated software and support processes enabling the transformation of information into intelligence for decision advantage.


  • Develop comprehensive program schedules, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and milestones.
  • Lead the resolution of program issues, uncovering and resolving issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs, and analyzing program metrics.
  • Recommend program recovery acceleration plans, changes, and corrective actions, while leading the implementation of Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Develop and implement customer and program communication and contact plans to ensure effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:


Required Education and Years of Experience:

  • Advanced technical education (e.g., bachelor's degree).
  • 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.

Required Qualifications:


  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program schedules, ensuring alignment with program objectives and milestones.
  • Strong ability to identify and manage key program level interfaces between activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Proven track record in resolving program issues, analyzing program metrics, and recommending recovery acceleration plans and corrective actions.
  • Expertise in implementing Program Management Best Practices and conducting Independent Reviews.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication and contact plans.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in program management.
  • Experience in leading highly complex program architectures and plans across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Summary Pay Range:

$122,000 - $149,000
