Performs customer service duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.

Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations in a timely mannerAssists the Parts Manager with merchandising displays by delivering showroom inventoryVerifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipmentsMonitors shortages and expedites processing by reporting to the Parts ManagerAssists in keeping the parts department clean and orderlyPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needsSupplies Service Technicians with parts as required in a timely mannerAssist with after-hours customer and technician parts needsAssist in answering phonesMust be available to work 7:30 am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday 8:00 am-12 pm, and work on-call schedule in peak seasonsMust be able to maintain reliable attendanceWhat we are looking for:John Deere parts experience preferredMust have excellent customer service skills including phone customer serviceMust be able to retain positive relationships with customers and co-workersBasic data entry/keyboarding skillsAbility to work in a team environmentHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceBasic parts and machinery knowledgeAbility to use the John Deere computer applications and programsForklift training preferredValid driver's license required, must be able to drive company vehiclesMust be able to obtain a medical card for hauling purposes, preferred but not required
