We are looking for an Operations Leader to join our Aero Services Division. This role is based in Adelanto, CA (El Mirage) or San Diego, CA (Rancho Bernardo). **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Leading and directing a team through all project phases. - Conducting risk management procedures. - Administering briefings and executing flight mission plans. - Developing accurate reports and documentation. - Participating in staff planning, selection, and development. - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. - Working safely following established procedures. - Performing any additional assigned duties.
