Description
Business Development through MRO(replacement) and retrofit lighting sales; clients anything from commercial office properties and hotels to schools and university systems.
- Creation and maintenance of sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with manufacturer partners, agents and potential labor partners for turnkey projects.
- Specifying products: Focus on solutionselling and make recommendations to create value utilizing both lighting and controls solutions, building bills of material and proposals
- Conduct energy audits and have knowledge of local utility rebate programs
Pay:
$50, $85,000.00 per year
