How you will create an impact

As an Analyst III, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the claims handling process for Employment Practices Violations and Directors & Officers Liability claims, from inception through conclusion brought against insureds engaged in a wide range of professions.

The responsibilities for this role include making coverage determinations, investigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposures, setting judgmental reserves, developing and implementing resolution strategies, managing outside law firms, working with underwriting on policy renewals and promoting client relationships.

What you will need to succeed

Some claims and/or litigation experience.
Financial experience preferred.
Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. JD highly preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $67,000 - $83,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
