Job Description


The Challenge:

  • You will lead projects and campaigns, coordinate interfaces and represent customer contact management topics in various committees. For example, with Quality First, our new quality initiative, you will conduct structured and systemic root cause analyses, derive concrete measures to reduce customer contacts, coordinate agent and service partner information, and conduct lessons learned.
  • With an agile mindset, you will work in crossfunctional working groups and always have the customer's perspective in mind. For example, in the EnergiewendeMACHER Products Squad, you will ensure the feasibility of new products in customer service and pave the way for our customers' personal energy transition.
  • You will proactively shape the ongoing development of endtoend processes and functionalities, implement them, and always keep an eye on achieving relevant KPIs.
  • You are interfacesavvy and show initiative and passion in managing relevant stakeholders within the company, such as Order2Cash, migration team, marketing, campaign management, and legal.

A convincing background:

  • You are a team player with assertiveness, drive, and a customer and salesoriented endtoend mindset.
As an innovator with a strong focus on finding solutions, pragmatism, and flexibility, you also have:

  • A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, for example in customer service or
