We are currently looking for a
Finance Team Leader (d/m/w) to join our Finance and Procurement Department at our Sankt Augustin location.


Your responsibilities:


You will:
- lead the finance team, including personnel and professional tasks, as well as task planning and assignment.
- develop our financial systems, including asset, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting.
- drive the digitalization strategy in the finance department.
- establish a tax compliance management system.
- prepare the economic plan, quarterly and annual financial statements, and tax returns.


Our expectations:


You:
- have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and taxes.
- possess comprehensive knowledge in the areas of accounting, budget law, tax law, third-party funding management, and export control.
- have experience with ERP systems, preferably MACH.
- have strong skills in digitalizing financial processes.
