Dans le cadre de notre croissance nous recrutons un(e) Service Energy Manager basé(e) à Issy les Moulineaux, pour nous appuyer dans la gestion opérationnelle de notre portefeuille de clients des secteurs industriel et tertiaire et dans le développement de nouvelles opportunités autour de notre offre de flexibilité des consommations électriques.
Job Description
Intégré(e) au sein du département Flexibilité, vous participez activement à la valorisation de notre portefeuille sur les marchés en remplissant les missions suivantes :
* Analyse du gisement de flexibilité de consommation électrique et construction des offres technico-économiques pour nos clients, en lien avec l'équipe commerciale
* Gestion du processus de valorisation des sites composant le portefeuille de flexibilités d'Eqinov et optimisation du pilotage des flexibilités en fonction des produits et des conditions de marché de l'électricité
* Amélioration des performances environnementales et pilotage technique pour optimiser les consommations des bâtiments tertiaires.
* Définition et suivi de contrats de performance énergétique et de flexibilité.
* Contribuer à l'identification et la mise en œuvre des optimisations permettant de maximiser la valeur du portefeuille.
* Définition des outils et processus permettant d'automatiser l'intégration et le suivi des flexibilités de consommation électrique de nos clients, de la certification, homologation jusqu'à la facturation des flux financiers, dans un contexte de croissance continue ;
* Définition et suivi du développement des fonctionnalités additionnelles à intégrer dans la plateforme logicielle Dreams, en lien avec l'équipe IT, de l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la recette
Required Skills and Competencies
Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure bac+5, avec idéalement une spécialisation en lien avec les marchés de l'énergie et/ou l'efficacité énergétique des bâtiments, vous avez une appétence pour le secteur et l'envie de participer activement à la transition énergétique.
* Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion de données (Excel, Python, VBA...)
* Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), précis'e) dans vos analyses
* Vous appréciez de travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome dans vos missions.
