- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and operations to devise protocols ensuring the production teams yield top-quality products.
- Provide guidance on quality controls, instructing production personnel on their application and overseeing results.
- Develop and deploy workflows for quality control enhancement, streamlining the quality assurance process.
- Gather data on product errors, investigating potential solutions through troubleshooting of manufacturing or design procedures.
- Apply sound theoretical understanding of electronics manufacturing engineering principles to anticipate and address factors impacting product quality.
- Lead comprehensive problem-solving efforts, encompassing trend and root cause analysis, containment, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions using established Six Sigma methodologies.
- Drive enhancements to current product processes, undertaking intricate engineering tasks to enhance reliability and manufacturability of The Client's products.
- Play a pivotal role in advancing factory processes through metrics-driven process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have their Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 2 years of related experience however, the client is prepared and willing to provifde training to the right candidate. Additional qualifications include:
