- Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or closely related field of study and currently licensed as an LISW, LPCC, IMFT, LICDC, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and licensure.
- Master's degree in counseling or social work with current Ohio license (LPC, LSW, PCC) considered, if independent licensure can be obtained within one year of hire.
- Minimum of three years behavioral health clinical experience.
- Two years' experience providing intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization clinical care preferred.
- Must have (or attain within one year) nonviolent crisis intervention certification and maintain same thereafter.
- Must have or attain BLS-C certification and maintain certification thereafter.
- Must have knowledge and experience using DSM-V and Cognitive/ Behavior Group Therapy skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience with diagnosis and treatment of mental health, substance use disorders and dual diagnosis treatment issues and interventions desired.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EPIC) and concurrent documentation, preferred.
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to understand and carry out the vision of patient care at Summa by: Creating a patient care environment, which is focuses on the treatment needs and experiences of those served.

Summary:
Under general supervision, provides individual, group, psychiatric diagnostic assessment, and referral services for the Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program. Works as part of a clinical treatment team that includes the medical and administrative directors of outpatient services.
Participates in policy and program development, program marketing, data collection, peer review, supervision and training to personnel, students, and volunteers.
