    Location:

    On-site at our Fairlawn, OH location.



    Schedule:

    Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm).


    POSITION PURPOSE:

    The position focuses on delivering culturally sensitive, trauma-informed diagnostic assessments and therapy services to adolescents facing behavioral and mental health challenges.


    The therapist will implement services aligned with the client's treatment plan objectives.


    POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • EDUCATION:
      Minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

    • EXPERIENCE:
      Previous experience in adolescent behavioral health counseling/therapy preferred. Familiarity with CBT/DBT techniques desired.

    • LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
      Active Ohio license as a Social Worker or Counselor (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).

    • KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE:
      Strong communication skills, up-to-date on mental health practices, excellent interpersonal abilities, CPR, First Aid, & Crisis Intervention Training.

    Job Type:

    Full-time position.


    Pay:

    $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
