Job Description:

The Challenge:

  • You will support your team in creating and conducting trainings.
  • You will assist your team in creating and sending newsletters.
  • You will support or independently create presentations in PowerPoint.
  • You will conduct quality checks of our sales service providers on site.
  • You will prepare and follow up on meetings, events, and workshops.
  • You will handle order processes.
  • You will support project managers in controlling, analyzing, and reporting on our sales service providers.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently completing a degree in telecommunications, business/IT, engineering, or natural sciences with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Your strong analytical thinking skills allow you to quickly understand complex situations.
  • You enjoy structuring and developing topics and presenting the results in a clear and appealing manner.
  • You are creative and openminded when it comes to finding new ideas and approaches, and you enjoy change.
  • You are reliable, resultsoriented, and have high standards for yourself and your work.
  • You are willing to travel and have a high level of resilience.
  • You have excellent cooperation and communication skills.
  • You have extensive knowledge and practical experience with the following Microsoft tools: MS Excel, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint.
  • You have excellent German language skills (C2) in both written and spoken form.
