- $18.72 per hour for FACE Advocate
- $19.08 per hour for FACE Specialist (Bachelor's Degree Required for Specialist Role)
- Coordinate with center staff to integrate family goals with classroom efforts
- Participate in team management functions
- Develop a working knowledge of community resources
- Attend required meetings and conferences
- Ensure strict confidentiality
- Other related duties as assigned
- Implement and document recruitment, selection, and enrollment processes
- Maintain funded enrollment and monitor attendance
- Follow up with families experiencing participation issues
- Document all efforts and submit reports as required
- Coordinate and implement parent committee meetings
- Conduct parent engagement activities
- Encourage parent volunteerism
- Facilitate communication between parents and staff
- Assist with the transition process into Head Start
- Assist with child health screenings and required assessments
- Promote child and family wellness
- Provide health and safety education to parents
- Support families with completing disability paperwork
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds
- Education: High School diploma or GED, related certification within 18 months
- Experience: Minimum three years in social services, Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred
- Also required: First Aid and CPR certification, background screening, bilingual preferred
