PAY AND SCHEDULE
From $20-23hr, experience compensated This is a part time position. We're open to work with the candidate to find hours that work for them. Days, Evenings, after work, etc. Approx 20hrs/week. Possibility to full-time work in future.

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is a leader in senior care services for 130 years. We offer homes and services for people in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Care centers in the Midway area of St. Paul. We complement our homes with a home care service, foundation, a management company and a robust campus life program that provides a fitness center, pool, theater, 1st class dining room, pub and special events.

As a Social Service Coordinator at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized social care plans.
