- Manage Accounts receivable that includes applying customer payments
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- General ledger work
- Analyze credit reports and financial information for customers
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA's /progress billings
- Process monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Export aging reports from Excel to balance and make any adjustments as needed
- Any other needs assigned
- 5+ years accounting experience in the Construction industry
- Experience with Timberline, ComputerEase, Foundation or similar construction accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred
