Duties included:
General Office Management,
- Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Manage office budget and expenses, including tracking and reconciling invoices
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Process payroll change forms as required for new hires, terminations, pay increases, leaves of absence forms in a timely manner.
- Assist in hiring
- Onboarding
- Confirm proper licensure.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
