Pediatric Home Health RNPositions Available:
M-F - 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift (8 hour shifts)
Saturday and Sunday - Days or Nights (12 hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Perform a thorough assessment of our child's sensory sensitivities, triggers, and coping mechanisms to develop a personalized intervention plan.
- Implement sensory integration therapies
- Work with the client in multiple settings including but not limited to home, school, and the community
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient's response to treatment.
- Educate the patient and family in selfregulation therapies and sensoryfriendly strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss the patient's progress, treatment plan, and necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- Promote a safe and healthy home environment for the patient and family.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License
- BLS/First Aid
- Pediatric and Home Health Experience

$ $48.24 per hour
