We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a
Field Service Technician.

As a key part of the team, the Field Service Technician assists our customers with troubleshooting, repairs of LED lighting fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on LED lighting fixtures and products/equipment at customer sites.
• Keep track of your service calls via computer, ability to perform service on various lighting fixtures. Maintain record of hours worked, accounts serviced and administrative time.
• Maintain an accurate parts inventory at levels that insure a firsttime fix.
• Demonstrate and train customers how to use their equipment properly.
• Keep your manager in the loop about your customer's satisfaction, or any recurring problems.
• Take care of other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, 2 years Associates degree or certificate in Electrical preferred. In lieu of Assoc's degree, certification/formalized training in Electrical and mechanical, or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to travel with overnight stay at times (90% of travel is within driving distances).
• General knowledge of electrical required.
• Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.
• Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 5070 lbs.
• Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
• Must be capable of working independently or as a team
• Functional and practical comprehension of MS Office and PC skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
• Ability to review plans, and diagrams; as well as knowledge/experience using hand tools, to capture the work processes associated with executing the project plan.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently solving higher level of trouble shooting skills

Pay:
$ $28.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
