Position Description:


Responsibilities and Duties

Position Summary:

The Application Analyst & Technology Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.

The successful applicant will liaise between the IT department, business development, operations and the executive branch, acting as both a technology and business expert to develop strategies that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company operations.

Additionally, the Application Analyst & Technology Coordinator will play a crucial role in training and development, ensuring users are proficient with new and existing technologies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 including Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft Power Applications, etc.
  • Work with management team to develop and keep updated standard operating procedures for areas of responsibility.
  • Setup and configure software (TopBuilder, Procore and Sage) user accounts, permissions, and access for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and prioritize tasks to create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and ensure the solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Manage competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve softwarerelated issues promptly, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams if necessary.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's IT capabilities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Administrator, IT Analyst, or similar role.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's IT capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and an ability to relate priorities to associated technology investments.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and software development.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and conducting IT training programs is highly desirable.
