Your tasks:


  • As a telephone operator (m/f/d), you will professionally and friendly handle incoming calls
  • You will answer calls and redirect them to the appropriate contacts
  • You will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as general office tasks such as procuring office supplies, maintaining, processing, and digitizing documents, etc.
  • Additionally, you will be the central point of contact for employees

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some experience in telephone work
  • Good manners and a wellgroomed appearance are just as natural for you as discretion and confidentiality
  • You also impress with your high level of service, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills
  • Responsibility and flexibility round off your profile
