- Sales Management: Collaborate with location managers to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the region. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed. Foster a sales-oriented culture, providing guidance and support to sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Location Launch and Management: Lead the setup and launch of new offices. Oversee all operational aspects of the offices, including staffing and vendor relations. Ensure that each office operates efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands and quality standards.

- Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs for each office and regularly monitor performance against these metrics using our internal HouseCall Pro field service tool. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize location performance. Report on regional performance to the ownership and corporate team.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs alongside the corporate office for location managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with location managers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with ownership, corporate, and other regional directors to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on regional activities and progress.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll for painters and location managers. Oversee compliance with state and local jurisdictional
- Budget Management: Work closely with location managers to develop and manage budgets for each office within the region. Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure alignment with budgetary goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Proven experience leading and managing a high performing sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field OR relevant experience.
- Proven experience in a multi-location leadership role.
- Strong sales, organizational, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed. Can live in the Eugene to Salem region. Must have a clean driving record.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team and lead the expansion of That 1 Painter in Eugene, Salem, Corvallis, and Wilsonville markets.
The Regional Sales Director will play a pivotal role in launching and managing new offices, driving sales, ensuring they meet and exceed our high-quality standards, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Recruit, hire, and train location managers in tandem with the corporate team for each office within the region. Provide leadership and mentorship to location managers, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
