Job Summary:

  • Reconcile and audit daily boat logs and fuel logs.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • Provide support to other departments as assigned.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
  • Proficient in computerized systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
The office assistant will primarily work in an office setting, with regular hours from 9-5 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during busy periods or special projects.


Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
