Description
Job description Responsibilities :
Perform routine maintenance on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems and diagnosing software issues. Develope and implementing system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed and documenting the processes followed. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including IT support staff, developers, management, etc., to ensure smooth operation of RPA systems. Conduct regular audits on the performance of RPA systems and making recommendations for improvement where necessary. Troubleshoot hardware issues related to RPA systems when required. Keep up-to-date with advancements in automation technology trends that can be applied in improving our existing systems.
Requirement :
Have between 1-6 years' experience working as an RPA Maintenance Engineer or similar roles within IT field. Possess strong knowledge about various robotic process automation technologies. Have excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Understand the importance of maintaining accurate records for future reference. Experience working in an international environment or consulting group would be advantageous.
