General Overview:


The Sales Associate is responsible for sales administration, including the delivery and receipt of documents through the proposal and contracting process and generating meetings with prospects.

The purpose of this role is to engage decision makers of new prospects to open the opportunity for Arcxis to engage in a business relationship, increase client diversity and subsequent sales, as well as working directly with clients, trade partners and internal Arcxis staff to assist in coordinating the project kick-off, deliverable timelines, and client expectations.


Responsibilities:

Lead qualification - qualifies contacts to confirm appropriate targets for sales meetings

Phone calls - calls to engage the contact, build rapport, understand decision makers, schedule meetings

Meeting set-up - coordinate meeting with sales and prospect

CRM/Server Administration - input prospects into pipeline, ensures project information is disseminated and saved appropriately
-
Proposal Generation - generates proposals for sales team, update CRM, ensures pricing meets gross profit requirements

Contract Management - track, receive and validate contracts/signed proposals, follow up and escalates discrepancies and late contracts

Project Turn Over - gathers essential information from client and kicks off project to internal operations teams

Client Satisfaction - provides helpful, friendly, and professional assistance to clients. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate appropriately.

Requirements:


Experience:


  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, inside or outside sales (can substitute 4 year college degree)
  • Previous experience and success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts
  • Construction knowledge a plus
  • Strong and effective communicator, both verbally and written, interfaces collaboratively within the company as well as clients and consultant teams
  • Ability to utilize independent judgement and make sound decisions
