Description
We are offering a sign on bonus of $3,000 for new hire Mental Health Worker/C.N.A, Night shift only.The first half is paid at 6 months and the second half will be paid at one year of employment.
Job Summary:
Provides role as patient advocate through his/ /her own role modeling of standards of performance and by communicating and meeting patients needs for service.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in any of the social sciences preferred and/or comparable behavioral health experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Candidate must have excellent written skills.
Excellent communication skills.
External candidates:
must have C.N.A certification.
Internal MHW candidates:
must have or complete C.N.A. certification within 6 months of accepting position.
Schedule: 36/72 FT-Nights -EOW
This position is on an Adult Intensive Treatment Unit.
