DEPARTMENT:
Environmental Health

HIRING RANGE $19.73-$21.92/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing clerical support, entering data, researching information, and assisting the public by issuing various permits and serving as front line staff for Environmental Health.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school graduate or equivalent; Associates degree preferred:

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel:

Ability to competently serve the public with diplomacy and respect, including occasional encounters with irate/hostile individuals:

Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures/practices:
