- Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing large project bids.
- Must work closely with various departments within the organization.
- Generate product and price quotes, as required.
- Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.) and meet Customer Timelines/Dead Lines.
- Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors.
- Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business.
- Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions. Other duties assigned.
- Special projects, as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years' experience in PVF sourcing required
- Familiar with product and application knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Strong presentation, marketing, and negotiating skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage task and deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Proficient project management skills and able to multi task
