    Account Manager Automotive Display SalesThe Account Manager will be responsible for growing profitable sales and increasing market position by providing excellent customer service and support to one main customer.

    This position will generate new business development and sell into existing customer base.
    QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    Manage the day to day needs for one to two large customers through planning, scheduling, delivery, invoicing, and monitoring results vs plan to ensure targets are achieved.

    Maintains an annual business plan that outlines how to grow new profitable business and maintains and grows business at existing customer.

    Frequent reporting and updating Regional sales Management.
    Assists in development of sales forecast for assigned customer. Explains any variance to monthly projections and booking impacts. Provides monthly sales forecast and performance to master plan sales figures. Monitors changes and maintains sales profitability daily based on individual goals and objectives.

    Demonstrates total customer ownership by providing coordination of Accounts Receivable, Production lead time, problem resolution, and design solutions to the and customer and working with all available company resources (US and Japan).Communicates verbally and in writing with customers as the business plan requires weekly.

    Ensures proper documentation follows company procedures, legal and ethical guidelines. Demonstrates strong sales presentation skills including public speaking, visual tools, and pricing.
    Demonstrates total customer ownership by providing design solutions to end customer and working with all available company resources. May cross train key functions to other sales professionals.
    Communicates verbally and in writing with customers as the business plan requires. Ensures proper documentation follows company procedures, legal and ethical guidelines.
    Project and production management support "cradle to grave". Includes supply management, contracts management, price management, negotiations, and product life cycle.
    Facilitates communication at executive levels of strategic accounts.
    Characterizes and specifies customer requirements clearly and effectively to all departments. Communicates in email, webinar, by phone and in person frequently.
    Presents market intelligence in the context of customer requirements to senior management. Trains other on monthly reporting and sales processes.
    May have direct reports including sales staff, sales administration, or other sales support roles. May participate in performance management, timekeeping, training, and development.
    All other duties as assigned.

    Salary based on factors such as experience and education:
    $ 100,000 to $ 146,000 annually QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
    Minimum of 5 years of Automotive sales & project management experience.

    Strong skill in quoting, sales acumen, and engineeringIntermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsMust possess excellent account management, organizational, and negotiation skills.

    Must possess professional customer presence and have the ability to build relationshipsMust possess valid driver's license and be able to legally operate company vehicles, rental vehicles and the employee's own car for customer visits.
