We are seeking someone who has an eye for detail As a
Human Resources Clerk, you will support our Financial Management Services (FMS), Human Resources, and Finance teams in gathering, organizing, filing, and ensuring the accuracy of employee documentation.
Work Structure:
Flexible hours hours per week
Work Status:
Temporary
Location:
Chico, CA/hybrid. Ability to come into the Chico office as needed.
Pay Rate:
$ $18.50 DOE
Job Requirements:
- Auditing personnel files with accuracy
- Filing, scanning, indexing documentation
- Partnering with appropriate managers to obtain information, as needed
- Professional communication with managers, human resource, and finance teams daily
- Attend weekly meetings for updates and to report progress
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Experience working in administrative work
- Experience working in customer service
- Proficient in using technology (ex. Microsoft Excel, HR Software)
- Time management skills
Pre-employment requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check through the Department of Justice (DOJ)
