TRAINING AS AN INDUSTRIAL CLERK (M/F/D)

Wondering who we are? We are a medium-sized company in the energy supply sector. Our business areas include local supply, port logistics, and operating sports and leisure pools within Lünen. Our 300 employees always act according to the motto "SWL-Strong as Lünen" to guarantee the supply of electricity, natural gas, drinking water, and heat to our customers at all times. In addition, we support many social projects and leisure activities in and around Lünen, such as the SWL-EnergieBiene project or the annual Brunnenfestival.

What to expect

During your three-year training, you will go through various departments of our company, where you will be taught excellent commercial knowledge:

" In purchasing, you will learn about different planning areas for procuring our products and services.

" In accounting, you will gain insights into financial management, cost and performance accounting.

" In the customer center, you will learn everything about service quality and communication with end consumers.

" In the human resources department, you will gain insights into payroll accounting, personnel planning, and application management.

" You will order materials in the warehouse and receive them. Checking and proper storage are part of the job.
