Description

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and answer any questions regarding menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Assist with food preparation as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints

• Previous experience in a similar role required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests
• Knowledge of food service procedures and safety regulations
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
