Description

Consulting: You will review and process national and international customer framework agreements and provide advice to our sales representatives on all legal issues

Development:

You will develop new standard contracts for innovative service concepts and optimize existing contract documents based on changes in legislation or lessons learned

Negotiation:

You will actively support contract negotiations with our internationally positioned major customers from the industrial sector, involving sales and other departments

Teamwork:

You will work closely with colleagues from our (international) key account management team and coordinate discussion and negotiation tactics

Internationality:

You will act as a contact person for our international organizational units and support them in implementing contract management and designing standard contracts in collaboration with local stakeholders.
