Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the professional, disciplinary and organizational management of your store and are always ready to help out for its success.
You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the personnel deployment plan taking into account the guidelines.
You ensure that everything is in order in your store and inspire our customers with the quality and freshness of our products.
You keep an eye on key figures and control and monitor sales, inventory and personnel costs.
