Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.Duties:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in over the phone customer service
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
