Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service department and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.


Duties:


  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer service

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in over the phone customer service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
