Job Description:

  • You provide friendly and competent advice to specialists and executives on all relevant HR topics.
  • You are the first point of contact for employees in your area of responsibility.
  • You create employment contracts, references, terminations, and maintain statistics.
  • Trusting cooperation with the works councils as well as all HR interfaces and other departments.
  • Conducting employee discussions and discussions within the framework of operational reintegration management.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with additional training in personnel management or a business degree with a focus on human resources.
  • Professional experience in operational human resources.
  • Good knowledge of labor, works constitution, and social security law.
