Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation

Location: Paderborn

The use of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulators has been an integral part of developing state-of-the-art control units for many years.

This includes a wide range of control units, covering future topics such as electromobility and autonomous driving, as well as conventional powertrains, vehicle dynamics control units, and driver assistance systems.

At our headquarters in Paderborn, you will work in project teams with our software engineers on the planning and commissioning of HIL simulators, taking on diverse tasks in the HIL environment.

Your tasks

Integration and functional testing on the HIL simulator
Error analysis in customer-specific HIL simulators
Creation of test software based on EPLAN circuit and layout diagrams
Raw data verification of network simulation for all bus systems in the vehicle, such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet
Creation of test setups and conducting benchmarks
Evaluation of technical customer specifications
Participation in national and international customer projects
